Defiantly not a place I would recommend!!! Lack of understanding and the inability to communicate with the person not just a patient would be a good description. Office staff isn't much better. Office manager was quite rude and only made the situation worse!! I strongly recommend finding a different place to go!! I have moved many times and have experienced quality care, compassionate care and The Center for Women does not provide either. The doctor was more concerned that I hurt her feelings by not trusting her 100%. Doctors are not gods and make mistakes. Bad experience have taught me to get to know the doctor and do my own research before I give them my trust!!! I am completely honest and upfront with every doctor about this issue. Any doctor worth having should understand and appreciate that. If not, they shouldn't be a doctor!!! Dr. Nicholas has a lot to learn!!!!!

If I could give no stars I honestly would. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. In short, theyre rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and honestly creepy. Nearly every person in there is rude. Only one nurse actually attempted to have "bedside manner" and actually listen to what my S/O (the patient) was saying. The doctor, Dr Sympson, should not be called a doctor or even a professional. She was rude, asking completely inappropriate questions, seemed unbelievably unknowledgeable (even on my S/Os chart that listed they had trauma and anxiety), and ignored the original issue at hand. She nearly forced my S/O into a pelvic exam that wasnt going to be for any other reason than for comparison later on and just because. This was just the first visit. Her secretary is even worse, never giving accurate information. The second visit was to be for an andominal ultrasound, but they gave little to no information on how to prepare and what to expect for that day. We ended up being sent back out to the waiting room for an additional 45 minutes because of it. we went back and quickly discovered the technician had no clue what was supposed to happen, seeming suprised when the word "abdominal" came up. Then we sat in total silence for 10-15 minutes before the technician sent us outside to the waiting room to wait for Dr. Sympson. We ended up being sent home and having to reschedule bc Dr. Sympson had left the building without any realizing beforehand and had no idea when she was coming back. We had to reschedule. The third visit was the worst one. We waited for 20 minutes, which was not that bad, and were taken back to Sympsons room by a nurse. This is when we found out that nurses had forgotten to schedule in my S/O so Dr. Sympson had no idea we were there and we could have come back later in the day to see her upon her return. In essence, they forgot about us bc of their disorganization and lack of care. And on top of that, why would you admit that you forgot about a patient to that patient? The nurse, knowing my S/O has experience trauma in the past and knowing this was their first experiences with gynos (amd were very nervous about the pelvic exam, wanting to avoid it unless absolutely necessary) explained that Dr. Sympson would go over the ultrasound and would like to do an exam to check for any other reason their problems (painful periods) would be happening that may not have been found through the ultrasound. The nurse then asked if we would rather wait for Dr. Sympson to speak to us before my S/O was to get undressed, we accepted that offer. We waited another 20 minutes before being told Dr. Sympson wasnt even in the building. We waited yet another 20 before the nurse popped her head back in and informed us that Dr. Sympson didnt care if we wanted to wait to speak to her, she wanted my S/O undressed when she walked in. We decided we were not going to do that since we were given an option and accepted it 40 minutes before this. The second Sympson walked in she yelled at my S/O saying "I TOLD you I WANTED you UNDRESSED when I CAME IN", yes literally yelling. My S/O explained they werent comfortable with that and wanted to speak first, she relecuntantly accepted and explained what was found on the ultrasound. She explained poorly and said she still had no idea why my S/O would be experiencing pain. She then informed us she would leave so my S/O could undress. We asked why (since she seemed overly eager) and she once again yelled at my S/O saying "YOU TOLD ME I HAD TO DO ONE, YOU told ME" which not only was she belitting and yelling at a patient, but was lying. She was the one who kept insisting (without actual reasoning) my S/O recieve an exam. We then asked what was going to happen during the exam bc my S/O, due to trauma and anxiety, was terrified about the exam. She then informed us "oh its not an EXAM" and that she "just wanted to take a look". She basically said she wanted to stare at my S/Os genitals without reasoning. Needless to say, were finding a different doctor.
